# Child brands

> Read one child brand of your organization by passing organization_id.

Agencies and parent organizations can have child brands. An API key always belongs
to the top-level organization, and reads cover the whole family unless you narrow
them down.

## Pick a child brand

1. List your child brands and their ids with [Get brands](https://growi.mintlify.site/api-reference/endpoint/get-brands.md).
2. Pass one as `organization_id`:

```bash theme={"dark"}
curl "https://api.growi.io/api/public/v1/content/summary?start_date=2026-10-01&end_date=2026-10-31&organization_id=4821" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer growi-sk-YOUR-API-KEY"
```

`organization_id` has to be an active child brand of the key's organization. Any
other id gets `404` on the newer endpoints (and an `error` message on the deprecated
stats endpoints), so one brand's key can never read another organization's data.

## Which endpoints take it

Every content analytics, stores, Shopify, mobile app, Meta ads performance and payouts
endpoint, the older stats endpoints, and the TikTok Shop endpoints. Each endpoint's
reference lists `organization_id` when it takes it.
